I thought he was meeting us for lunch. So where is he?

 

PAUL

Who? Ryan?

 

CHUCK

No. The president. Of course Ryan.

 

PAUL

Probably holed up somewhere. It’s not easy composing a toast for the President’s birthday.

 

CHUCK

Glad I don’t have to do it.

 

PAUL

He’s trying to hold it together.

 

CHUCK

You don’t think he hates him?

 

PAUL

Sure, he hates him.

 

CHUCK

Yeah, because he’s gonna take the whole Party down with him.
